Scope and service description

CreateLogoFree! provides a web-based tool for creating, editing and optionally saving logos and drafts. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, there is no claim to uninterrupted availability, specific functions or any particular commercial suitability.

Permitted use

• The service may only be used in compliance with applicable law.
• No illegal or third-party infringing content may be used.
• Technical attacks, abuse, service disruption or automated overload are prohibited.

Responsibility for content and rights

Users remain solely responsible for entered text, chosen names, uploaded or otherwise used content and for the later use of created logos.

The tool does not replace any trade mark, copyright, design or competition law review. No guarantee is given that a created logo is unique, protectable or free of third-party rights.

Saved projects, liability and changes

A nickname may be used for save functions. Projects or access may be limited or removed where necessary for security, abuse prevention or technical reasons.

Liability follows statutory law for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability exists only for breaches of essential contractual duties and is limited to the foreseeable typical damage.

The service may be updated, changed or discontinued in whole or in part where legitimate interests require it. German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where a consumer habitually resides.
