Accessing the website
When you access this website, technically required connection data may be processed so that pages can be delivered, systems can be protected and errors can be analysed. This may include IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, referrer, browser type and operating system.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the service.
Local browser storage
CreateLogoFree! uses necessary browser storage to provide the chosen language, a stored username or nickname, and temporary session data used when moving between the dashboard and the editor.
Recently used fonts and symbols are only stored in the browser if the user allows optional convenience storage through the storage banner. These data normally remain on the user device and can be removed in the browser settings.
Nickname, dashboard and saved logo projects
If you create a nickname or save a logo project, the service processes the submitted data on the server. This can include the chosen nickname, timestamps, and the logo project data stored for loading later, such as names, text content, colours, layout values and SVG-related information.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary to provide the requested save and load functions.
External resources and no tracking cookies
Selected font files are delivered directly as local app assets. Based on the current implementation, no direct Google Fonts requests are required for font delivery.
Based on the currently visible implementation, no own analytics, marketing or tracking cookies are used.
Retention periods and your rights
Local browser data remain stored until removed by the user or overwritten by the browser. Saved projects remain stored on the server until they are deleted or the storage purpose no longer applies.
Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
